Job Description
Experience: 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a lead role. Responsibilities: Architect design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using Google tech stack Boq Borg SpannerDB etc . ( Java Experience is must if no direct boq experience)Provide technical leadership guiding the team in best practices and coding standards. Mentor and guide midlevel engineers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize application performance ensuring scalability and maintainability. Design and implement database schemas and queries for efficient data management. Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular . Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with relational or NoSQL databases. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problemsolving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git). Preferred Skills: Experience leading a small team of Software Engineers. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
