What we are looking for:
A handson DBT Data Engineer to support ingestion and transformation work across platforms including Snowflake and Redshift.
This is an initial 6 month contract (with strongpotential to extend).Must be Sydney based hybrid model of 2 days per week in the Sydney office.
Essential skills/experience:
- Strong experience in DBT (Core or Cloud)
- Ability to translate legacy ETL logic (e.g. DataStage jobs) into modular DBT models
- Must be comfortable working in fastpaced exploratory environments
- Must have solid SQL skills and experience validating transformations across cloud warehouses
Excellent written & verbal communication skills essential.
