This position serves as a Network Analyst responsible for the design maintenance and support of telecommunications and network systems critical to healthcare service delivery. The role provides handson and analytical expertise in the administration of network infrastructure supporting both daytoday operations and longterm planning within a complex and regulated environment. The Network Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the security stability and performance of systems that support electronic health records telecommunications emergency response access control video surveillance and other hospital operations.
In this role the analyst performs system configuration monitoring patching and troubleshooting activities across a multivendor environment. The position requires a working knowledge of network architecture protocols and performance analytics as well as the ability to manage and document infrastructure components in compliance with industry and agency standards. The role also supports the development and execution of disaster recovery plans and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to implement solutions that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.
Design implement monitor and maintain network infrastructure systems supporting healthcare operations.
Perform daily operations support troubleshooting and performance monitoring of telecommunications networks.
Analyze system performance metrics and apply preventative or corrective actions.
Ensure patch management log review and infrastructure compliance with security policies and standards.
Administer system components to ensure data protection control and secure access.
Support high availability configurations and execute disaster recovery plans including system backups and restorations.
Maintain detailed inventory of system components and ensure updates are accurately tracked.
Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture procedures and protocols.
Communicate and coordinate with business owners IT partners and vendors regarding system operations and upgrades.
Participate in ongoing professional development including training research and engagement with industry peers.
