Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile
Our suites feature views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan two blocks from the Magnificent Mile. Were 12minute walk from entertainment restaurants and boat cruises at Navy Pier and 8 minutes from the Chicago Riverwalk. The Theater District is within a mile.
Atrium Dining & Lounge
Overnight guests enjoy free madetoorder breakfast daily featuring chefprepared omelets an oatmeal and yogurt bar with all the toppings you can imagine fresh fruit pancakes sausage and bacon housemade pastries and refreshment station including freshly roasted coffee hot tea and a selection of juices. In the evenings guests enjoy complimentary house drinks served in the Atrium Dining and Lounge area.
What will I be doing
As a Bus Attendant you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
