Essential Functions Statement(s):
Tracks and schedules syndicator due dates for first year file submission
Works with property office teams to obtain necessary corrections uncovered by auditors
Update file syndication status in Yardi so the current lease up file status reports correctly in the property widgets.
Provide updates as needed to upper level Property Management and other Business Partners to include Development Accounting to show progress and anticipated completion information
Review Yardi uploads weekly to track sites for completed files
Weekly report submitted to site for missing file uploads
Site visits to assist with uploads and file organization (when needed)
Submission of 1st year tenant files to the syndicator or selected 3rd party file reviewer
Review syndicator/file reviewer corrections to determine what/how proper corrections must be completed
Site visits to process syndicator/file reviewer corrections required (to include contacting and completing with the resident)
Completes special projects as needed and assigned by Director of Compliance or Compliance Lease Up and Transitions Manager
Communication to Compliance staff
Communicates information to our Compliance Trainer regarding findings while onsite to make sure our training is most effective
Communicates Syndicator findings with the entire Compliance team to make sure that files are being processed consistently with all funding requirements.
Lease up Supportive Services
Review Supportive service requirements for the site
Review sites plan regarding supportive services to insure that supportive services began at first occupancy.
Ensure all sites are being processed and tracked in a timely manner and all status reports sent to upper management are accurate.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management
Experience: 2 5 years of property management experience with affordable housing communities
Technical Skills: AdobePro property management software
Other Requirements: HCCP CP3 or Qualifying Compliance designations preferred
