Job Description

Salary Range:
$18.00 To $24.00 Annually
About the Role:

As a Welder I you will play a crucial role by fabricating and assembling metal components to create highquality products. Your primary responsibility will be to perform welding tasks using various techniques and equipment ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with other team members to interpret blueprints and technical drawings which will guide your welding processes. This position requires a keen attention to detail as the integrity of the welds directly impacts the durability and performance of the final products. Ultimately your contributions will help maintain the companys reputation for excellence and reliability in the market.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding tasks using MIG TIG and stick welding techniques on various materials.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain welding equipment and tools ensuring they are in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a welding certification program.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or welding environment.
Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools.
Basic understanding of metallurgy and material properties.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include proficiency in various welding techniques which you will apply daily to ensure highquality welds. Attention to detail is essential as you will need to inspect your work meticulously to meet safety and quality standards.
