Position TIG Welder
Job Location Watertown WI
Starting Date Immediate
Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (6:00am 2:30pm)
Starting Pay Depends on Experience $24-$28 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities
Understands the process of welding and complete welds using TIG and MIG methods on stainless steel (Primarily TIG)
Sets up own machines and understands how to change welding tips and completes necessary machine maintenance
Read blueprints and schematics to ensure welds and parts are located properly
Identify parts shown in blueprints and ensure accuracy of projects
Welds together stainless-steel components of products and works on weldments for various projects
Qualifications
Ability to use measuring equipment (tape measure calibers protractors) to ensure that parts are made to specifications
Take questions to supervisor for clarification
Ensure each job is tracked appropriately
In addition to basic math skills must be comfortable computing fractions and decimals
