Job Description


Job Responsibility:

Training & Development

  1. Plan develop & manage the onboarding induction & training program for academic talent ensuring a seamless transition & learning for job readiness.
  2. Curate learning & engagement content for inhouse LMS conduct soft skills training sessions for staff members as and when required.
  3. Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on timely basis.
  4. Design Content & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA).
  5. Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities like Regional Heads/Regional Director.


Employee Engagement

  1. Conduct Focused Group Discussions & Employee Monthly Connects to reach out to internal & external customers establish connect understand their concerns & identify gaps to enhance the offered services.
  2. Formulate & host Cultural Awareness Program to establish a healthy & valuedriven work culture within the team.


Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Induction Training & Soft Skill sessions.
  • High energy collaborative attitude ability to develop & maintain strong relationships.
  • Creative thinking problem solving & enterprising work style.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools like Camtasia Canva Powtoons will be an added advantage.
