Job Description

Northern Green Canada Inc. is a federally licensed EU GMPcertified producer of cannabis. We are committed to the health and wellbeing of patients and clients. Our experienced team operates in an EU GMPcertified indoor growing and processing facility.

We are currently recruiting for the role of GACP MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Good Agricultural Cultivation Practices (GACP) Manager reports to the Head of Supply Chain and is responsible for ensuring the compliance across our supply chain partners. The GACP Manager will work closely with cultivation sites procurement teams and external partners to manage monitor and maintain highquality standards for cultivation aligning with international regulations and internal company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GACP Compliance

o Ensure all supply chain partners adhere to GACP standards for cultivation including growing media management pesticide control harvesting storage and transport practices.

o Conduct regular audits and evaluations of partners to assess GACP compliance identifying areas of improvement and working collaboratively on correct actions.

o Develop and implement compliance tracking and reporting systems for continuous monitoring of GACP partners.

Supply Chain Oversight

o Manage endtoend supply chain for cannabis cultivation partners ensuring supply meets production demands without quality compromise.

o Introduce TAMU program to assess quality of the product ensuring it meets the companies standards and use the process to provide feedback to the partner sites.

o Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels forecast needs and mitigate any potential supply cain disruptions.

o Ensure all material is documented for traceability sustainability and regulatory purposes.

Relationship Management

o Oversee the management of cultivation resources and processes with GACP partners offering insights on process improvements cultivation best practices harvest scheduling logistics and quality control.

o Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential cultivation partners acting as the main point of contact for GACPrelated matters.

o Provide partners with guidance resources and training to continuously improve incoming GACP supply.

o Assist in Contract and agreement negotiation with new partners that align with company goals process flow and regulatory compliance.

Quality and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

o Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to conduct in process checks preharvest inspections IPM Inspection of both GACP wet and incoming dried material.

o Support in building detailed records of supplier certifications audit results and corrective actions ensuring thorough documentation for internal and external audits.

o Work with regulatory teams to stay updated on GACP standards and any changes to compliance requirements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

o Analyse supply chain performance data to identify trends potential risks and opportunities for process improvements.

o Prepare regular reports on GACP compliance status supply chain performance and any corrective actions taken with partners.

o Collaborate with management to develop strategies for scaling and improving GACP supply chain.

o Deliver consistent and detailed reports on key performance metrics including final potency BudTrimRatio (BTR) wet vs. dry weight comparisons and comprehensive product quality assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required experience:

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Process experience in medicinal cannabis.

Industry experience in medicinal cannabis.

Programming of irrigation and climate management programs.

Desired experience:

Preference for experience in similar functions and/or related.

Experience in the production of medical cannabis.

Knowledge of GACP standards and cannabis cultivation processes.

Knowledge of GMP processes and guidelines.

Experience in supply chain management quality assurance or regulatory compliance in the cannabis industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and tasks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to work collaboratively and build relationships with external partners.

Proficiency in compliance tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in GACP GMP or related quality standards

Collage or bachelors degree in agriculture supply chain management horticulture or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with cannabis regulatory requirements at a local national or international level.
