Job Description
Location: 100% Remote Must be located in a compatible time zone
Contract Duration: 12 months 35 hours per week
Language Requirement: CV must be submitted in English
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Basis Analyst to support the ongoing operations performance management and technical evolution of SAP systems including ECC and S/4HANA environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic remotefirst environment where your expertise will directly contribute to system stability security and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal tuning and reliability across SAP environments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a proactive and timely manner
Provide guidance on SAP HANA database sizing and recommend performance improvements
Manage SAP Transport Management across development testing and production systems
Participate in the planning and execution of:
SAP system upgrades updates and refreshes
Kernel HANA and componentlevel upgrades
Security patching and hotfix deployments
Administer and configure Solution Manager SAP Cloud ALM and monitoring tools
Oversee SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration with systems such as GTS SCM and external interfaces
Manage and troubleshoot the SAP printing subsystem
Perform analysis and configuration of SAP monitoring and alerting tools
Required Experience and Skills
58 years of handson experience in SAP application support particularly in Basis administration
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
SAP Basis operations
SAP Transport Management
Solution Manager administration
SAP Cloud ALM
Strong understanding of SAP system architecture components and configuration
Experience managing multiple SAP landscapes
Proven knowledge of SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA GTS SCM and interface management
Desirable (Assets)
Experience with SAP cloud solutions: LBN IBP IAS CIDS BTP ALM
Familiarity with SAP ABAP and Java stacks
Functional/technical experience with SAP Solution Manager (CHARM CSOL DVM Workcenters)
Exposure to SOX compliance and audit reporting
Certifications (strongly valued but not mandatory):
SAP Fiori System Administration (e.g. CFIOAD2021)
SAP HANA 2.0 SPS06 (e.g. CHANATEC18)
SAP S/4HANA System Administration (e.g. CTADM23)
SAP Enterprise Architect (e.g. PSAPEA2023)
