Job Description
Your Role as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Reporting to the Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis you will play a key role in enabling financial clarity and decisionmaking across the organization. Your work will directly support Dialogues strategic objectives through forecasting budgeting and business partnering. This is a highvisibility role with strong exposure to the Csuite and the broader executive work at the intersection of strategy and finance shaping business direction through actionable insights and datadriven recommendations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasts and support the annual budgeting process for board approval
- Build and maintain financial models including our 5year strategic growth plan
- Analyze performance vs. budget and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Partner with department heads to help align spending with forecasts and optimize financial outcomes
- Support special projects tied to strategic initiatives and corporate development

- 4 years of handson FP&A experience ideally in midsized or highgrowth companies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence nonfinancial stakeholders
NicetoHaves
- CPA or CFA designation (or in progress)
- Experience in corporate development investment banking or equity research
- Formal financial modeling training
