Title: PediatricPhysical Therapist (PT)
Location:Hampton
Setting:Clinic Based
Hours:Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week
**Parttime employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week.
Compensation: $70000 to $100000

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide ageappropriate physical therapy interventions to children and adolescents with a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with parents caregivers and other healthcare professionals to support the childs development.
  • Monitor and document progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate families and caregivers on exercises and strategies to promote physical development at home.
  • Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy and evidencebased treatment methods.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy(DPT) degreefrom an accredited program required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapistin Virginia.
  • Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each pediatric patient.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
