Who We Are: Fisher Associates P.E. L.S. L.A. D.P.C is a multidisciplinary design services firm headquartered in Rochester NY with eight locations nationwide. The firm provides civil/site engineering transportation engineering electrical engineering landscape architecture architecture planning environmental surveying GIS construction inspection precast engineering and construction engineering services to public and private sector clients across numerous markets. All services are delivered through the firms signature Clientship philosophy which emphasizes not only customized innovative quality solutions but also an exceptional client experience driven by clear communication deep expertise and proactive client advocacy.


Essential Functions:


Business Development:

  • Discuss future opportunities with existing clients when working with them on active projects
  • Be active on LinkedIn; connect with clients and share Fisher Associates posts
  • Maintain active involvement in industry organizations including conference presentations and leadershiplevel participation
  • Market the entire companys experience and services to existing and new Clients to ensure Fisher Associates is known and visible in the marketplace

Proposals:

  • Complete and lead Go/NoGo process for opportunities and RFPs
  • Proactively monitor the preparation and schedule for proposal development to ensure the proposal is completed on time in line with company and client expectations
  • Lead the preparation for and participate in shortlist interviews ensuring all participants are prepared to deliver a highquality presentation
  • Develop and review project budgets to ensure they meet company and client expectations

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope objectives and deliverables
  • Schedule and lead internal and external kickoff meetings for all projects before any work begins on the project
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource requirements
  • Secure approvals and initiate projects in alignment with company goals and policies
  • Manage and lead projects of varying size and complexity as assigned by senior leadership
  • Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams ensuring compliance with schedules budgets and scope
  • Maintain clear communication through regular status meetings and reporting with internal teams clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance and progress on a regular basis identifying risks and implementing proactive solutions to maintain alignment with contractual obligations
  • Oversee project financials including monthly invoicing WIP tracking and AR management to ensure financial health and compliance with company standards
  • Guide the planning design and development of deliverables to meet both internal quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of all outputs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards legal requirements and regulations

Project Leadership:

  • Lead highperforming crossfunctional project teams
  • Provide clear direction motivation and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

Salary Range: $110000 $140000 annually

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience qualifications/education and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
  • 12 years minimum of professional project design technical and management experience is required
  • NY Registered Architect or ability to obtain it
  • Client relationship staff management and business development experience required
  • Experience with and proficiency with a variety of computer software including AutoCAD; Revit Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); and Sketchup
