Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Always ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
  • Adhere to all alcohol safety standards including checking identification and verifying age.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including the server station and shared areas.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
  • Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
  • Ability to obtain a stateissued alcoholic beverage license.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and often demanding environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings including climatecontrolled office settings.
  • Ability to frequently bend and kneel.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
