Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator Lotus Domino Journeyman to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is on site in Honolulu HI. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:
  • Active TS;SCI clearance
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Cyber Security Information Technology Software Engineering Information Systems or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
  • 5 years of experience providing Tiers I II and III Lotus Domino Systems Administrator services across an enterprise hardware and software platform.
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience working with Windows Server; MS Office Symantec Endpoint and other thirdparty tools.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures which may include scanning and mitigating actions.
  • Experience working with TeamStudio Tomcat JIRA or similar software (SourceSafe CVS etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in software testing
  • Active DoD IAT II certification
  • Active Cloud certification

Duties:
  • Provide 24/7/365 tier I through III Service Desk support schedule to U.S. and Coalition/Allied users.
  • The Contractor shall staff and manage the UARNOC and other government designated Service Desk locations in support of the program across all nonclassified and classified enclaves.
  • Provide realtime support of UARNOC watch operations and or other government designated Service Desk locations supporting deployed ships and shorebased users via telephone chat services trouble ticketing systems and email across all deployed nonclassified and classified (to include SECREL) enclave instances.
  • Provide system deployment and upgrade support for deployable nonclassified and classified (to include SECREL)
