ABOUT THE POSITION
The next CEO will partner closely with the Board of Directors to execute a strategic vision centered on digital innovation sustainable growth financial empowerment and organizational excellence. The CEO will ensure the strong financial health of the organization by developing and implementing a vision and plan for present and future success while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace through initiatives with an Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lens.
The ideal CEO will be a passionate advocate for the credit unions mission to eliminate financial obstacles and empower communities. They will embody the spirit of inclusivity and collaboration driven by a commitment to helping everyday visionaries realize their potential. This leader will champion the credit unions core valuesboldness tenacity curiosity and measured advocacyby fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous learning. As a relationshipbuilder who believes in the power in together the CEO will cultivate strong internal and external partnerships acting as a unifying force to drive meaningful change. The right candidate will inspire confidence in valueconscious achievers by championing a memberfirst approach and helping the credit union unlock opportunities that benefit everyone.
OUR TOTAL REWARDS
- The Chief Executive Officer role at Salal Credit Union offers a salary range of $440000 $550000. Additionally this role is eligible for an annual incentive based on individual and organizational performance which can be estimated at 20% of base salary should goals be met.
