Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Two years of experience operating a processor
- Competent qualified and be able to work independently and/or as a team member
This position is designated by WY as a safetysensitive position. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safetysensitive you will be subject to preemployment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.

Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. The pay rate is $36.685 per hour.

Weyerhaeusers St. Helen Tree Farm operation based out of Castle Rock WA has an opening for a Processor Operator. We are seeking individuals who desire to work safely in a marketfocused logging environment.
This is a fulltime hourly position. Hourly employees at this operation are represented by the IAMAW Union. Benefits (in accordance with the current Labor Agreement) include Medical Dental Vision 401k plans vacation and holidays. Base rate of pay is $36.685 per hour. Additional drivers pay for employees driving crew bus from camp to job site at $21.005 per hour.
Key Functions:
- Perform and assist on equipment inspections
- Fully support and participate in preventative maintenance procedures and routine maintenance repairs as they develop
- The ability to process/manufacture and sort stems to the required standards
- Process stems safely and competently on and off the road over various slopes and soils
- Implement and participate on new operating software developments
- Quickly respond to different bucking directions as markets change
- Complete required record keeping
