JoKell Inc. is an electrical distributor and solutions provider serving the military commercial marine and industrial markets. We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
This role requires experience in marketing and sales within the industrial electrical sector a strong customer focus and a resultsoriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Analyze market potential and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
- Assist in shaping sales and marketing strategies including new product and service expansions.
- Represent JoKell Inc. professionally at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on JoKells products systems and services.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven sales experience in industrial or electrical markets.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and committed to sales success.
Compensation
This is a commissioneligible role. Compensation will be discussed at the time of offer and structured as a salary with a transition to commissions. The current pay range is $50k$120k annually depending on experience.
