Job Description
General Summary
This position may require deployment overseas fora periodnot to exceed90 will involve climbing on military equipment and will require being ableto lift carry or move items up to approximately forty pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance in support of operating commercial or military systems includingSATCOM systems.
- Provide system services in the areas of maintenance testing operations logistics integration and installation as directed.
- Provide system and network administration to training and operational systems as required.
- Provide onsite Subject Matter Expertise (SME) as a Field Service Representative (FSR)on military twosatellite geolocation systems andSATCOM equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to daily operations system upgrades and preventive maintenance of these military systems.
- Coordinate with more senior SME/Field Engineers as required to resolve operational and technical deficiencies within the systems.
