Job Description
Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Service GreeterPorter to join our team at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins Illinois. As a Service GreeterPorter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients assisting them with their needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
Escort customers to the appropriate service Advisor
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and customer waiting lounges
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and offerings
Assist customers with vehicle dropoffs and pickups
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience
Help maintain a positive and customercentric atmosphere at the dealership
Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
Capture pictures of our customers vehicle
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
