As we expand were looking for a friendly solutionsdriven Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers providing support resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic articulate and able to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or in person

Provide accurate information about products services and company policies

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

1 year of customer service or call center experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce)

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
