Lead Business Analyst with Business Process Modelling

Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying areas for improvement designing new processes and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify gaps and areas of inefficiency
2. Develop business process models and workflows to optimize operations and enhance productivity
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and align business processes with organizational goals
4. Lead the implementation of new processes providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption
5. Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics making adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement
6. Provide training and support to endusers on new processes and tools
7. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as bpmn visio or aris
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members
4. Project management skills to oversee the endtoend process implementation
5. Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to drive innovative solutions
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Certifications: Business Process Management (BPM) certification is preferred
