Join Givaudan Northern Europe as a Key Account Manager and unleash your potential in the world of flavors and taste. As a strategic partner to food and beverage companies you will cocreate innovative solutions that captivate consumers.
You will drive business results by developing key account strategies and accomplishing them in the market. Your customercentric approach will ensure sustainable growth and market share expansion. By collaborating with our teams you will bring fresh thinking and inspiration to our organization.
You will be based in our Malm office and you will report to the Commercial Director Northern Europe.

You will:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
Manage and develop relationships with key decisionmakers at assigned accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key accounts
You have:
3 years of experience in account management or a related field
At least BSc degree in Food Technology or Marketing/Business Administration
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Indepth knowledge of industry trends competitors market dynamics customers strategies and product launches
Ability to travel
Team player with global matrix experience
Fluent in English& Swedish Norwegian is preferred.
