Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation repair and upkeep operations of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be wellversed in all maintenance processes and health & safety regulations especially within a food production or hospitality environment. Your goal will be to ensure our business operations run smoothly by minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead all maintenance operations across production and retail locations.
- Plan schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain equipment related to food production refrigeration HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams or external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations especially in production zones.
- Manage maintenance budgets inventory and procurement of spare parts and tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs service records and compliance documentation.
- Implement workplace safety policies and conduct routine facility inspections.
- Train and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or relevant field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or managerial role.
- Handson experience with industrial kitchen or food production machinery is a must.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems health & safety compliance and troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent organisational leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FSSAI GMP and HACCP is highly desirable.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
