Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Test Automation Engineer
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to design develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation frameworks scripting languages and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers QA teams and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium Appium Cypress Playwright JUnit TestNG etc.
Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps etc.)
Conduct API testing using Postman RestAssured or similar tools.
Identify document and track software defects ensuring their timely resolution.
Perform load and performance testing using JMeter Gatling or LoadRunner. Keep uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in test automation.
Ensure best practices in test automation including code reusability and maintainability.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner etc.).
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for test automation in containerized environments.
Exposure to security testing tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
