AutoScout24 is on a mission to revolutionize how marketing decisions are driven through data and analytics. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d).

What you will do:

  • Act as the subject matter expert and KPI owner for demandside performance in our online car classifieds businesstranslating business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Drive strategic alignment and understanding of key performance indicators across teams ensuring consistency in measurement interpretation and decisionmaking.
  • Deliver compelling data storytelling through dashboards reports and deepdive analyses that clearly communicate performance trends and strategic insights.
  • Engage regularly with senior leadership including Clevel executives and investors presenting findings and recommendations to influence business decisions at the highest level.
  • Conduct deep dives and driver analyses to understand performance trends uncover growth levers and advise stakeholders on critical business decisions.
  • Own and maintain the endtoend data pipelines and models related to demandside KPIs ensuring their reliability and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Product Finance and Strategy to inform roadmap priorities and campaign direction.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports (e.g. in Amazon Quicksight or Tableau) that provide actionable insights and empower selfservice analytics.
  • Partner with analysts data engineers and tracking experts to ensure accurate and consistent tracking via data models campaign structures and UTMs.

What you will bring:

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of online marketplacesespecially the demand sideand user behavior dynamics.
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear actionable insights for both technical and nontechnical audiences including senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in marketing growth or performance analyticspreferably within a B2C or marketplace environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in KPI ownership including ensuring data accuracy adapting metrics to evolving needs and acting as the goto expert for performance reporting.
  • Handson expertise in SQL and modern data stack technologies (e.g. dbt Airflow BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake).
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Amazon Quicksight Tableau or similaralong with a sharp eye for data storytelling and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently manage competing priorities and lead crossfunctional analytics initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.
