ASSISTANT WOMENS SOCCER COACH FULLTIME
Bridgewater College a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Womens Soccer Coach to begin immediately. This is a fulltime position reporting to the Head Womens Soccer Coach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the head coach in all facets of a Division III womens soccer program
- Recruiting prospective studentathletes who fit the mission and culture of the program and the College
- Assist in coaching sessions
- Developing detailed scouting reports statistics and video analysis breakdowns
- Responsible for program fundraising initiatives
- Assist with program marketing and branding on a multitude of platforms including social media
- Providing mentoring and support for the studentathletes particularly in regard to academics and player development
- Complying with all NCAA conference and college policies and regulations
- Assist with community service initiatives
- Secondary duties assigned by the athletic department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Goal keeping experience preferred
- Prior collegiate coaching experience and/or competitive collegiate playing experience required.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be insurable by the colleges auto insurance carrier
Pay is competitive and salary is commensurate with experience. This fulltime position offers a full benefits package including paid tuition at the College for eligible dependents.

Bridgewater students study across 60 majors and minors in addition to four graduate programs and 10 preprofessional programs.
