Were seeking a handson executionminded Director of Human Resources to build and lead a modern people function during an exciting period of scale M&A integration and international expansion.
In this playercoach role youll oversee HR operations payroll compliance engagement and culture while mentoring our highperforming Senior Recruiter. Youll work closely with the CFO and leadership team to help us scale with clarity operational rigor and a strong peoplefirst foundation.
What Youll Own
HR Strategy Build and execute a scalable HR roadmap across org design talent planning and culture.
Payroll & Compliance Run compliant payroll via Paylocity; lead policy development leave administration and SOC 2related HR controls.
HR Operations Manage onboarding offboarding performance cycles and immigration matters; oversee Paylocity and Lever.
M&A & Global Growth Integrate acquired teams support legal entity setup EOR models and global compliance.
Total Rewards Shape compensation structures and benefits programs in collaboration with Finance.
Engagement & Culture Champion a highperformance inclusive culture through programs internal comms and feedback channels.

You Bring
710 years of HR experience including 2 years in a leadership role
SaaS or highgrowth tech experience
Expertise with Paylocity Lever and modern HR systems
U.S. compliance experience: international exposure strongly preferred
Experience supporting immigration and global hiring
Strong communicator and initiativetaker who thrives in lean teams
