We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical SQL Data Analyst Intern to join our Repair & Supply Systems team. As an intern you will assist in managing analyzing and interpreting data to support departmental decisionmaking. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain realworld experience working with large data sets in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop write and optimize SQL queries to extract analyze and report on data across multiple systems
- Assist in identifying trends patterns and insights to support operational improvements
- Collaborate with team members to create dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and provide analytical support
- Help maintain data integrity and resolve data discrepancies
- Support ad hoc reporting needs and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL query writing
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous coursework or internship experience in data analysis
- Familiarity with UHaul systems and operations is a plus but not required
