Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Our marketing team plays a vital part in making that happen by ensuring our brand message and strategies help loan officers attract and serve clients confidently and consistently.
As a Marketing Assistant you wont just be pushing contentyoull be playing a key role in helping our recruiters leadership and loan officers connect with the people they serve. Whether its through social media email events or strategic followups youll help ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
Your Mission
To support our marketing and recruiting strategy by helping create coordinate and manage content communications events and digital outreach that reflect the value Rapid Mortgage delivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with daytoday coordination including calendar management email followup meeting scheduling and organizing events.
- Content Creation & Management: Write and manage content for social media email campaigns internal documents blog posts and landing pagesaligned with our StoryBrand messaging.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage across platforms. Schedule posts respond to messages and track performance.
- Market Research: Support recruiting and marketing by researching competitors target audiences and content trends to inform campaigns.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist with building and deploying digital campaigns (email SMS social) and help ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
- Event Support: Help plan and coordinate events trade shows and virtual webinars that support our recruitment and branding efforts.
- Data Analysis & CRM: Maintain our marketing database track engagement and help prepare simple performance reports that show whats working.
- Customer & Partner Support: Support the recruiting and marketing teams in responding to inquiries and managing followups.
Who You Are
- A selfstarter whos proactive organized and detailoriented.
- A clear communicatorboth in writing and in person.
- Someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.
- Passionate about branding storytelling and helping teams communicate clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp ActiveCampaign) social media scheduling tools and CRM systems (experience a plus not a must).
