We are seeking a Project Manager to work with strong Infrastructure and preferably Public Sector experience to support a variety of projects including the priority Core Infrastructure Upgrade and the rollout of Windows 11 project. This is an Onsite position with the possibility of remote work. (Must currently live within an hour and a half drive of San Antonio.)
Requirements:
Yrs Experience
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor Degree in Business Computer Science or a closely related field and 57 years of Project Management experience in a technological environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
7 Must have experience managing IT projects specifically the management of technology projects related to networking IT infrastructure data centers compute & storage and security
7 Must have experience working with and managing technology vendors
7 Strong knowledge of information technology industry and emerging technologies
7 Ability to show assertiveness leadership problemsolving skills and teambuilding; ability to persuade and influence others drive collaboration achieve effective solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8 Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner across functional and technical departments both verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers stakeholders County employees Elected/Appointed Officials outside organizations and agencies and vendors
Must be comfortable with drug screening and continuous monitoring of criminal history via the Texas Department of Public Safety Fingerprinting Clearinghouse
