AssistswithWillisCompliancepoliciesandprocedures

  • WorkcloselywithComplianceBusinessPartners(CBPs)globallytosupportthewiderCompliance objectives
  • Engagementcalendartobedrawnforbettertrackingonareasofdiscussionandactionitems
  • Reviewandapproveareassuchas; Gifts Entertainment and HospitalityOutsidedirectorshipsassessingConflictsofInterestrisk;ThirdParty Business Cases assessing suitability to be put forward for CBP review
  • ConductperiodicmonitoringreviewsreportingresultstotherelevantCBPandensuringthatallincidents are escalated appropriately.
  • SupportComplianceOperationsand CBPsgloballytomaintainComplianceintranets(bothbusinessfacing and internal team sites) including: monitoring team adherence to intranet requirements; supporting to draft new content updating approved content
  • Performapprovaltaskswithvalidationandsupportingdocumentation
  • Maintenanceoftheworkflowtrackerandmailboxestohaveathoroughmechanismofworkincomingand completion along with defined service level agreements reporting on status on these monthly
  • Qualityofworktobetrackedandsimilarlyfeedbackfromthe stakeholdersframeworktobedesignedin collaboration. Adherence to this and showcasing management information report
  • EngagementwithOperationalExcellencetoreviewanyimprovementsrecommended/workeduponby them do not miss any key controls in the process.
  • Adhocrequeststobemanagedwithinqualitystandardsanddefinedtimelines


Reportoutcomes

  • Provideregularupdatesonrelevantcompliancemetricsandcommentary toCBPpriortosubmissionfor reporting to management or Senior Management. Updates to cover:
    • Actionstakentomanagethecompliancerisks
    • Seriousorpersistentcompliance issues
    • Resultsofmonitoringactivity
    • Otherrelevant matters
  • DiscussalllegalandregulatoryissueswithCBPandreportintheappropriate database/log.
  • SupporttheComplianceMonitoringteammembersincarryingouttheirmonitoringreviewsandotherwork as required.

Manageperformance

  • Createownquarterlyactionplanstodelivertheannualgoalsand objectivesagreedwiththe CBPorline manager and report on own progress.

Manageinternalrelationships

  • Fostercloserelationshipswith CBPsgloballyandotherbusinesssupportareasincludingGroupLegal Group Risk and Internal Audit.
  • CoordinatewithInternalAuditandExternalAuditonthoseactivitiesthatcovercomplianceobligationsonly (during a review and in an ongoing way).

CommunicationsandRelationships

Internal:

  • WithCBPsgloballyComplianceOperationsDirectorGlobalFinancialCrimeDirector ThirdPartiesother central Compliance teams and with Legal Risk and Internal Audit as required.
