Were getting ready to open the doors to Dornoch Station and were looking for energetic and passionate Food and Beverage Team Members to help us create something truly special.
Your Role
As a Food and Beverage Team Member youll be right at the heart of the guest experience whether youre serving in the restaurant behind the bar or delivering room service. Your energy attention to detail and friendly approach will make every meal memorable.
What Youll Do
- Greet guests with a warm friendly welcome and create a great first impression
- Take orders serve food and drinks and ensure each guest has a smooth enjoyable dining experience
- Keep your section clean tidy and fully stocked
- Share knowledge of menus dishes and specials to help guests make great choices
- Assist with setting up and clearing down the restaurant or bar area
- Handle payments and guest queries with professionalism and care
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and presentation at all times
What Were Looking For
- A genuine passion for food drink and customer service
- A friendly positive attitude with great communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is a bonus but not essential
