Summary:
The Lead Service Engineer is enthusiastic about EVs and a selfstarter who will work closely with customers and Field Service Technicians to ensure that Highlands electric vehicles and charging stations are working properly and that buses can get students to where they need to be.
No day will look the same but responsibilities will include team oversight and escalation support to technician staff performing original equipment manufacturerapproved testing repairs and troubleshooting customer issues.
Highland will provide the relevant training to repair all local equipment including basic electric vehicle functions Level 2 EV chargers to DC Fast Chargers and communications equipment.
