Services Engineer - Onsite - Ann Arbor, MI

This is an onsite role based at our Ann Arbor MI facility.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Provide exceptional customer care
• Perform repairs and calibrations of complex mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and sterilization of systems
• Perform software updates upgrades and reimages
• Resolving IT PC and data issues related to system repair with support
• Complete incoming inspection of RMA Warranty Exchanges and Demo System
• Process S&H of servicerelated items
• Keep an accurate record via written and paper form
• Produce timely accurate and detailed service reports
• Follow all the companys procedures and protocols
• Perform preventative maintenance sterilization repairs and calibrations of Sartorius and Essens local systems
• Prepare customerfacing estimates of repairs
• Assist in drafting documentation of process and procedure as required
• All other duties as assigned by management
• Lift items that weigh up to 75 pounds

What will convince us:

• Associates degree or certifications in engineering or military training
• 2 years proven field/depot service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot test repair and service technical equipment with excellent mechanical electrical and IT skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
