JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Manage IAT as crossagency lead providing feedback and driving progress to deliver bestinclass activations
• Partner with innovation team and media agency in development execution and realtime optimizations of media campaigns
• Close partnership with key customer teams to aid in innovation sellin and lead both Shopper support plans and instore executions
• Support the development of influencer marketing strategy and own Brand review of influencer content
• Own inmarket share performance reporting and analysis to track innovation and inform brand strategy
• Plan and execute budget and promotional calendar for Dove Super Premium portfolio
• Manage sampling efforts including production forecasts and evaluation of sampling opportunities
• Lead sales samples delivery for 2026 innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree MBA preferred
• 5 years of marketing experience preferred
• Passion for Beauty outsidein thinker
• Highly competitive mindset and spirit to win
• Experience working with or leading crossfunctional teams and agency partners
• Experience with and understanding of US customers and consumers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A good balance of analytical and creative thinking
• Selfstarter comfortable with fast paced environment
• Comfort with Unilever tools and key processes (or ability to learn) including Circana/IRI Numerator UBS

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86080 to $129120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

LongTerm Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
