At Wispr Flow were building voice intelligence that truly understands you. Our team of designers AI researchers and engineers is crafting voice interfaces that are both useful and ubiquitous paving the way for a future where voicefirst experiences replace screenfirst technologies.
Our first product Wispr Flow has become the first consumer voice dictation platform to break the keyboard barrier: making people use voice more than their keyboards.

What youll do
- Spearhead design initiatives that shape the future of our product ecosystem with a focus on intuitive and seamless voice experiences
- Craft delightful user experiences that solve complex problems across various platforms including voice interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product / engineering / research to design elegant experiences
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our products including best practices for voice interface design
- Conduct user research and usability tests to validate design decisions and gather insights
- Create highfidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Mentor junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
- Present design concepts to executive leadership articulating the rationale behind your choices
- Participate in strategic product discussions bringing a usercentered perspective to decisionmaking
- Shape our design culture as we grow
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of experience in product design preferably with consumer apps and highgrowth environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems across platforms
- Solid understanding of HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) fundamentals and usercentered design principles
- A systems thinker who can design scalable solutions that work across multiple platforms and devices
- A datadriven approach leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationales to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Keen eye for typography color theory and visual hierarchy
- Desire for working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
- A lifelong learner who stays ahead of design trends and emerging technologies
Nice to have Knowledge/Skills Education And Experience
- Experience with or strong interest in voice interfaces and conversational UI
- Experience with frontend development or familiarity with designtocode workflows
$120000 $175000 a year
The compensation band is an estimate and depends on experience. In addition to this base compensation your offer will include stock options benefits and relocation reimbursements.
