Key responsibilities
Operating Machine or Equipment
Operate basic equipment and machines and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict detailed instructions.
Operations Management
Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
Equipment Installation
Help to install equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict detailed instructions.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict detailed instructions.
Quality Assurance
Support the quality function by working within strict quality standards.
Health Safety and Environment
Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of self and others.
Operational Compliance
Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Internal Communications
Exchange information with people by having courteous interactions with them.
Work Scheduling and Allocation
Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Troubleshoots Technical Issues
Works at a basic level to employ a systematic process for solving technical issues by identifying the problem and selecting an appropriate solution. Typically works under close supervision.
Spreadsheet Expertise
Works at a basic level to use spreadsheet software. Typically works under close supervision.
ComputerAided Design (CAD)
Works at a basic level to perform computeraided design (CAD). Typically works under close supervision.
