We are looking for a committed enthusiastic and high calibre Teaching Assistants to join our energetic and dynamic team. This post will suit a practitioner who has high expectations of themselves and their pupils and who is ambitious and driven to deliver on outcomes both academically and in developing the whole child. We are looking to appoint a practitioner who has a passion for improving the life chances of children. The successful candidate will be selfdriven and a strong team player. A* to C grades in GCSE English and mathematics are essential.
This role will involve work with children and groups who require SEND support. Working with the most vulnerable children and families in schools can be a challenge; we are looking for resilient adaptable and driven candidates to work well with our established teams to ensure our children thrive in school. Candidates will need to understand the depth of need in schools and have the flexibility required to meet this.
