Duration: Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid remote in Maribor minimum 2 days per week in the office
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
About the Role
Were looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our Platform & Infrastructure team. Your mission To design build and modernise our backend systemsmaking them faster more reliable and easier to maintain. Youll help phase out old code improve our cloud infrastructure and empower other teams to focus on delivering great features.
In the long run your work will make our platform more enjoyable for customers and developers alike
What you will do:
- Build scalable backend services Develop highperformance C#/.NET solutions with clean welldocumented code.
- Modernise and improve architecture Replace legacy components and make smart decisions on scalability and structure.
- Own features endtoend From design to deployment including testing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Optimise CI/CD and Cloud (Azure) Work with DevOps to refine pipelines deployments and infrastructure.
You are an ideal fit if you have:
- 3 years as a Backend Developer (or similar role with ownership of a codebase).
- Strong C#/.NET Core SQL and software architecture skills.
- Handson Azure (or similar cloud) experiencedeploying managing and optimising apps.
- Experience refactoring legacy systems and improving performance (especially SQL queries).
Nicetohave skills
- Breaking up monolithic legacy codebases.
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform Bicep etc.).
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
- Security best practices in cloud environments.
