As our business continues to expand rapidly we are strengthening our Recruitment Team and looking for motivated and experienced Recruiters who speaks French to help us find top talent across Europe.
What Youll Do
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for international clients
- Source and screen candidates across various job portals and platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Work from our office in Lisbon or in Braga/Porto
- Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic team
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in French
- Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized proactive and able to meet deadlines
- Available to work onsite or in a hybrid model
- A team player with a passion for people and talent acquisition
