MalaceHR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Coordinator to support daytoday operations of a client facility. This role involves overseeing building maintenance coordinating repairs ensuring safety compliance and managing documentation and budgeting. The Facility Coordinator will supervise two technicians and act as a key liaison between the client vendors and internal staff to ensure the facility remains functional secure and wellmaintained.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client ensuring clear communication and professional service.
Coordinate and oversee repairs preventive maintenance inspections and general facility upkeep.
Respond promptly and positively to requests from the client and building occupants.
Monitor and maintain safety security and operational standards across the facility.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including electrical mechanical and HVAC.
Ensure all documentation reports and compliance records are accurate and submitted on time.
Assist with budget planning vendor contracts and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
Supervise two technicians ensuring tasks are delegated completed and aligned with quality standards.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding of budgeting cost control and contract management.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel.
Analytical skills to interpret trends and forecast operational needs.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s or Bachelors degree preferred.
57 years of related facility management or coordination experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
