Operations Manager Location: South Africa
Working Hours: Flexible 9am to 5pm Central or Eastern

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and selfsufficient Operations Manager to join the team. This person will oversee the endtoend logistics of trip planning and manage vendor relationships streamline systems and handle customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized techsavvy a great communicator and ideally has prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics for 25 35 international group trips per year
- Communicate with and manage 25 30 global vendors and service providers
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for trips
- Handle customer communication before and during trips
- Optimize operational systems and introduce new tools/automations as needed
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and improve planning processes
- Support booking and travel tools including SquadTrip ManyChat and Lark
Requirements
- 2 years experience in operations ideally in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving ability and independent work ethic
- Proven experience working with tools such as Airtable Notion Zapier or similar
- Comfortable with vendor negotiation and customer service
- Techsavvy and interested in streamlining workflows
- Able to manage multiple timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
