You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Analyst BCM & OHS is responsible for assisting in the implementation coordination and monitoring of the bank s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs. This role supports the development of policies training initiatives risk assessments and incident management efforts to ensure compliance operational resilience and a safe working environment across the Bank.
1. Policy & Governance
Assist in the implementation of BCM and OHS policies procedures and guidelines.
Support the establishment of governance frameworks by ensuring documentation and adherence to defined roles responsibilities and escalation procedures.
2. Training & Awareness
Support the of training programs on BCM and OHS for staff in branches and departments.
Assist in organizing awareness campaigns simulations and scenariobased training exercises.
Help in developing educational materials such as reference guides checklists and elearning modules.
3. Planning & Risk Analysis
Assist in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to assess operational dependencies Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
Support the periodic review and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for critical business units.
Participate in OHS risk assessments identifying workplace hazards and recommending mitigation measures.
4. Incident Management & Response
Assist in incident response activities including the activation of recovery plans and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Support incident investigations by gathering data conducting root cause analyses and tracking corrective actions.
Help integrate cyber incident response planning into business continuity strategies.
5. Testing & Drills
Assist in planning and executing regular BCP tests including tabletop exercises simulated disruptions and disaster recovery drills.
Support the coordination of evacuation drills and ensure feedback from exercises is incorporated into improvement plans.
Maintain records of testing and drill activities ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
6. Monitoring & Reporting
Gather data and assist in developing performance reports dashboards and other monitoring tools to track BCM & OHS program effectiveness.
Support the preparation of periodic reports highlighting key risks updates and recommendations.
Ensure timely collection and consolidation of BCM & OHSrelated reports from business units and branches.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as a liaison between the bank s departments branches and the BCM & OHS Unit.
Assist in coordinating interactions with regulators emergency services and industry peers on BCM & OHS matters.
Collaborate with Facilities IT Legal and Risk teams to ensure integration of BCM & OHS considerations in operations.
