Job Description
Job Summary Kronos Functional Consultant (Dallas TX Onsite):
Gather and analyze business requirements to design and deliver Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
Configure and implement Kronos products including Workforce Central (WFC) Workforce Ready (WFR) or UKG Dimensions.
Collaborate with HR IT and payroll teams to optimize and streamline workforce management processes.
Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to timekeeping scheduling and payroll interfaces.
Provide enduser training and create documentation for Kronos applications.
Support system upgrades enhancements and integrations with thirdparty applications.
Work with technical teams to develop custom reports and dashboards.
Stay current with Kronos best practices and new features to recommend ongoing system improvements.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide clientfacing support as needed.
Ensure smooth ongoing operations and support for Kronos systems.
