Job Description

Description
Responsibilities:

1. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Design and develop solutions to resolve OPS and BPS Secure custom module issues.
2. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Design and develop features to enable efficient and smooth client application integration.
3. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide full software development life cycle (SDLC) support for and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure and nbsp;applications by:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing technical requirements in response to business requirements.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Creating technical designs that favour commercialofftheshelf (COTS) over custom applications.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Supporting and informing the development of architectural artefacts.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing testing and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts queries views reports procedures).
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Tuning service components.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Maintaining service components (e.g. applying/testing patches).
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Triaging analysing and resolving incidents related to and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Identifying analysing and resolving problems related to and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Assessing the impacts of changes on and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure including changes raised by clients and service providers (e.g. ITS CompuCom Telus).
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
4. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support clients across the OPS and BPS to integrate their applications with and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure and nbsp;for identity and access management by:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Analysing client technical requirements designing approaches/solutions.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Providing full SDLC support.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Analysing and resolving problems encountered during integration.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing utilities scripts applets and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.
5. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support the development testing and deployment solution to the and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure and nbsp;services by:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Providing full SDLC support.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Identifying researching or promoting technological innovations.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Demonstrating technological innovation through proofsofconcept.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Promoting and supporting excellence in tools.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing requirements for tools (e.g. development code migration data migration configuration management reporting).
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Evaluating and recommending tools.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Installing and configuring tools.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing testing and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts queries views reports procedures).
6. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Document maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
7. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide development support for performance and consumption reporting to integrate data sources.
8. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Develop custom templates to report information (e.g. user consumption health and monitoring of all services).
9. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide support for service management and ensure alignment to agreements with clusters.
10. and nbsp;Foster a team culture of excellence and innovation including:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing or informing the development of role descriptions for the sustainment of and nbsp;OPS Secure and BPS Secure especially related to the development function.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing plans for the knowledge and skills transfer to OPS employees including activities or tests to demonstrate the successful transfer of knowledge and attainment of required skills. OPS employees include IT Source Internal Professional Services Staff (PSS) resources.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing plans for the transition of sustainment functions to OPS employees.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Transferring knowledge to OPS employees.

Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Leadership in Identity and Access Management (Entrust and Oracle IAM) 40
5 years of experience with providing development support for COTS based identity and access management systems including the following:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 3 years of application developing experience in developing applications with Outh2 and amp; OIDC technology developing customized OIDC TAI developing Outh2 and amp;OIDC client and integration with IAM products.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 4 years of experience related to implementations with over 10000 registered users.

2. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Developing and Sustaining Large Applications 30
5 years of experience with designing developing deploying and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products:
  • Web Tier: Windows Internet Information Server (IIS) IBM HTTP Server Apache Tomcat.
  • App Tier: IBM WebSphere Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition.
  • DB Tier: Oracle database v11g and v12.
  • O/S: Solaris Windows AIX and Linux.
  • Strong experience with Angular 12 and 14 Spring Boots 4; 2 years of experience in using and developing Angular UI libraries.
  • At least 5 years of Java Open JDK 8 and 11.
  • Experience of Azure and microservice architecture.

3. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Problem Solving 20
10 years of experience with triaging analyzing diagnosing (i.e. troubleshooting) evaluating options and resolving application problems including the following:
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 3 years related to troubleshooting problems related to nonproduction environments.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 3 years related to identity and access management solutions.

4. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Quality Control and Assurance 10
o and nbsp; and nbsp;10 years of experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10000 users.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Experience with automated testing and development tools (e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) HP Quality Centre (QC ALM) LoadRunner).
o and nbsp; and nbsp;Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management and Capacity Management.

Must Have:
5 years of experience with providing development support for COTS based identity and access management systems including the following:
At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
