Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and necessary skills.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for open positions.
- Post job vacancies on multiple platforms including company website job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to build a pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform reference checks and background verification as required.
- Provide feedback to candidates postinterview in a timely manner.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for tracking candidates and managing workflows.
- Maintain candidate databases and update them regularly.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Collaborate with the branding team to promote the company culture and values.
- Advise management on effective recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to attract top talents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience preferably in corporate HR or staffing environments.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and recruitment tools.
- Solid organizational and timemanagement skills.
