Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts & Finance Head to lead our finance team. This role requires an energetic leader with exceptional communication skills stakeholder management abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Location contains: we are considering professionals staying in Navi Mumbai and Thane

Highlights of the responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting & Analysis Tax Planning & Compliance Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Risk Management & Internal Controls Audit & Regulatory Compliance Accounts Payable & Receivable Management Cost Optimization & Profitability Analysis ERP & Financial Systems Management Funding & Investment Strategies.

Skills :

Team Leadership & Development Stakeholder & Investor Relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel Word PPT Google Sheets and accounting software/ERP attention to detail with a proactive mindset for problemsolving.

Personality Traits:

Energetic adaptable capable of thinking on your feet and driven to make a significant impact.

Experience: 1020 years in finance and accounting roles.

Education : MBA in finance or CA

Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai.

Reporting to leadership

Office time: 10am to 7pm.

Appraisals Cycle: Yearly.

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday and All Sundays.
