Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer with 58 years of experience in building scalable highperformance fullstack applications. If you have a strong technical foundation proven leadership capabilities and a desire to take on a dynamic role in a fastpaced startup environment we want to hear from you. This position is onsite in Gurgaon and offers an exciting pathway to grow into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of endtoend web solutions using Python and Django .
Design and implement scalable APIs and backend systems that power our core applications.
Drive frontend development for seamless user experiences ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality features and functionality.
Ensure robust security and performance optimization across the stack.
Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Contribute to strategic discussions to shape the companys technical roadmap.
What We re Looking For
58 years of handson experience as a FullStack Engineer with expertise in Python Django and ReactJS.
Proven experience working in fastpaced tech startups with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong proficiency in building and optimizing scalable backend and frontend systems.
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and modern deployment techniques.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs authentication and data security.
A passion for technology and a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
