Job Description
Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance:
Accurately record daily financial transactions.
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Management:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts.
Generate accounts receivable reports for review.
Expense Tracking and Accounts Payable Support:
Monitor business expenses and ensure timely bill payments.
Organize and process vendor payments and reimbursements.
Manage expense documentation and filing systems.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Assist with budget tracking and financial forecasting.

Tax Preparation Support and Compliance:
Collect and organize financial documents for tax filing purposes.
Collaborate with accountants during tax season.
